About the course

During the course, you will learn how to assess situations, give immediate help, and support someone until professional help arrives.
Our first aid course covers a wide range of topics. For example, you will learn CPR and how to use a defibrillator, as well as how to treat burns, cuts, and other injuries. In addition, you will learn how to deal with choking, seizures, bleeding, and shock.
Throughout the training, every session is practical and hands-on, so you can practise your skills and build confidence.
By the end of the course, you will be ready to act quickly and safely in an emergency. Furthermore, you will receive a nationally recognised Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate, which is valid for three years.

Entry Requirement And Assessment Procedure
You do not need previous experience to join the first aid at work course. It is open to anyone who wants to learn. However, you should be able to take part in practical activities, such as performing CPR on a manikin, kneeling on the floor, and moving a casualty into the recovery position.
Assessment is carried out throughout the course to make sure you can apply what you learn. It includes:

Certification

Your certificate shows that you have completed a first aid training program and are qualified to act as a designated first aider in the workplace.
